1.负责车间生产、质量、安全、环保及设备的管理，确保各项指标的完成；
2.拟定车间管理制度并对车间员工进行合理的奖励、惩罚管理；
3.完善车间的各工序管理，贯彻公司各项定额，加强对车间原辅材料使用的控制，不断降低生产成本；
4.对生产车间现场的6S管理负责，配合6S管理，持续改进、做好安全教育，定期组织安全联查活动及时整改安全隐患或防范措施落实。
任职资格
1.大专及以上学历，年龄45岁以下；
2.从事钢结构生产制造相关工作5年以上，同岗位或相关岗位经验3年以上；
3.具有较强的沟通表达、危机处理和业务外联等能力；
4.大专及以上学历，工业工程、材料学等相关专业。
