职位描述:
Pre-season - Develop the OTB Plan, and leader reconciling process for the investment planning with OTB Guideline - Align plan with input and collaboration from key stakeholders including Merchandising, Business Team - Drive and leader the conversation on the production and territory minimum review with supply planning team to identify the inventory risk; - Partner with DP/IM to provide insights and guidance on supply chain forecast and drop process - Facilitate the process of order entry with cross function teams; - Goods Simulation Planning within dynamic business assumption; - Leader the project with good retail planning background In-season - Design the weekly tracking reports and brief the idea team to business intelligence to help develop the system solution - Recommend key actions to the optimize slow moving items and maximize opportunity on top sellers; - Weekly reporting and analysis on Business KPI (ST%/Inventory) to compare on TY vs. LY, and drive the reads & reacts; - Weekly join in the project meeting and provide teams all the to-do list as follow ups - Monthly recap on the la**** the progress on the project and give the board team with clear progress updating; Post-season - Recap and analyze the performance of all assortment with investment at the season end;- Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders on future season planning 任职资格: MINIMUM RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE: Buying, Planning, Assortment Planning experience with other apparel / footwear in Digital preferred Comprehensive understanding of retail math Ability to create reports, style-level sales plans, track promotional calendar/events and pre-meeting prep Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends; knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc. Experience with planning software/tools and merchandise management systems is preferred Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business MINIMUM SKILLS: Advanced Excel/PPT Communication/Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese Management/Leadership (if applicable): Other: Good communicator and problem solver [详情]
