岗位职责
1、协助公司正确履行国家法律法规,协同公司相关规章制度的完善,为公司重大经营决策提供法律意见;
2、就公司的分立、合并、投融资、担保、租赁、产权转让、项目招投标、工程承包、公司重组、并购、公司债权债务处理等重大经济活动,在公司需要的情况下展开资信调差、尽职调查,提出交易过程中的法律风险及防范建议,根据交易谈判情况起草合同等法律文件;
3、对公司涉及的法律纠纷,代理参与诉讼、仲裁,跟进处理诉讼、仲裁案件,维护公司合法权益,减少公司损失;
4、根据公司需要,外聘律师处理公司纠纷,并与外聘律师进行沟通、及时跟进了解案件处理进展;
5、参与公司合同的调研、谈判、流程设计;
6、对公司法律文件(包括但不限于合同、函件等)进行审查,提出存在的法律风险及防范措施,对合同签订、履行情况进行跟踪、检查、监督;
7、协助行政部门完善公司关于劳动用工方面的规章制度;
8、完善劳动合同,就劳动用工方面提出合法合规建议。就公司员工离职、解除劳动合同等劳动合同方面的问题提供法律意见;
9、协助档案部门对公司签署的合同、文件、函件统一归档管理; 10、负责律师事务所、会计师事务所等中介机构的协调、对接。

In preparation for the University’s establishment of a campus in Guangzhou, the Human Resources Office is seeking a high caliber, dynamic and self-motivated individual to work as a contact person between the Guangzhou Campus in Nansha and Clear Water Bay Campus in Hong Kong. Apart from delivering human resources service in talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefit administration and legal compliance, the appointee is expected to provide administrative, secretarial and logistical support to the committees and work groups of the new project office in Nansha. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. Candidates should have good conceptual and analytical ability, a service-oriented mindset, demonstrated supervisory experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding of the Mainland employment and accounting practices and other related legal and regulatory requirements is preferred. The appointee should also be self-directed, independent, resourceful, and be highly proficient in both English and Chinese. Good computer skill is expected. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is a Mainland appointment and the appointee will be offered a contract by HKUST Mainland entity in accordance with the local labour laws and regulations.
