岗位职责:
一、职位说明
负责IBM日本地区固定资产的管理,与客户邮件沟通相应的变更信息,及时准确执行SAP系统里操作,数据录入。
管理客户方的固定资产,资产分布在各个国家地区,由资产管理人员分管某个地区的所有固定资产,当资产发生任何变更,如更换、续租、转换等变化时,及时与客户联系,及时在SAP系统做相应的操作。
并且在每月月底或年中年底会做盘点,保证系统资产的准确有效。
1 负责使用CMDB, SAP, LOTUS NOTES, EXCEL等专业数据软件对在日本地区的资产进行准确记录,计算,以及数据统计。并解决数据在生成,折旧,变化中的一系列问题。
2 对日本地区的客户资产提供咨询,解释资产在转移,报废,资本化,费用化等一系列的问题。
9:00—18:00 双休 入职即签订三年劳动合同和购买五险一金。

1、在Linux等平台上监控服务器后台,执行系统操作,监控数据的分批传输,保证数据传输的有效性,发现问题及时分析处理,保证相关文件的准确性;
2、客户的的工作依赖确认、作业时间、优先度等衡量后,工作日程定制以及任务安排。
系统服务器管理,工作时会面对电脑通过电脑上的程序来监控服务器的运维状况,监控数据的分批传输,保证数据传输的有效性,处理常见的数据传输失败,丢失问题。若不能解决的问题需要反馈上级的工程师
工作时间:上四休四
两天早班(8:00AM-8:00PM),两天晚班(8:00PM-8:00AM),休四天。
工作要求:
1. 日语口语语流利,能进行无障碍沟通;
3. 能够接受倒班、夜班;
4. 工作地点:深圳南山区科技园地铁站:深大站附近

- Assist to ensure team to meet business control requirement, co-ordinate / assist to manage the audit activities’ fulfillment
- Assist team members and manager to solution complex issues and document the solution
