职位描述:
Nike Direct Order Creation: - Validate Seasonal Product Master data correctness in Mmx, SAP, RP’s master line list, to ensure order entry readiness. - Analyze and summarize the problem list based on RP’s order submission. - Follow up with Merchant, Buyer & SAP frontline support to fix the problem list on a daily basis. - Special focus on Membership Early Access order. Make sure all EA date are align with business rules. - Create Late Add order based on business requirement and relative approval. Nike Direct Order Change Management: - Change ND Future & Prop orders based on Retail Planning Team’s instruction. - Weekly maintain (Drop, OMD change, Size change) ND orders according to Supply Planning’s change log. - Communicate with ND RP & Buyer team on Bi-weekly minimum review, ensure timely bump up order submission. Analysis & Process Improvement: - Weekly check Future Order Book Changes, analyzing the top changed reasons.- Check seasonal coverage status and prioritize urgent shipment for ND key products. - Analyze the actual air freight cost vs budget and analyze the gap. - Analyze the root causes of top inefficient air freight SKUs- Drive for other improvements during daily operations. 任职资格:3 -5 Years working experience in Supply Chain MINIMUM SKILLS: Technical: 1) 3-5 years’ working experience on customer service, supply chain management. Retail Industry is preferred. 2) experience of SAP usage is a must 3) Strong Communication Skills 4) Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse environment. 5) Ability to influence and utilize internal and external resources. 6) Proficiency in Excel, Power Point.
